We are looking for a Silicone Technician to join our Product Development & Commercialisation (PDC) Team in Hamilton. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, technical skill, and patient care — developing custom silicone devices that restore both function and confidence.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term role to cover parental leave. You’ll work alongside prosthetists/orthotists, technicians, and other allied health professionals, contributing your expertise to create innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in silicone fabrication and finishing, ideally with HTV silicone.
- Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills — you enjoy connecting with others to solve problems and share ideas.
