We are looking for a Clinical and Workshop Lead to join our Wellington Centre team. This role is critical in creating a world-class service in the region by leading both clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
As Clinical and Workshop Lead you’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth service delivery, manage workshop workflows, and foster a strong, values-driven team culture.
Job Description
What you’ll do
Provide clinical oversight and technical leadership to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality service.
Lead and support your team with coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Collaborate across clinical, workshop, stock, and service coordination teams for seamless patient care.
Build strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, orthotic centres, and health providers.
Drive improvements in service delivery, device quality, and workflow efficiency.
Maintain your own (minimal) clinical caseload

A degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics
