Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Regional Team Lead to provide leadership and oversight in our Hamilton Centre and contribution to wider regional operations. This is a new position in the region and will report directly to the Midland Regional Manager. This role will be pivotal in providing strong and unified leadership in the region; growing and developing our service offering; and guiding and supporting our multidisciplinary team—including prosthetists/orthotists, rehab clinicians, technicians, stock and service coordinators—to deliver world-class services to our patients.
Working closely with a supportive national leadership team, you will engage in strategic planning sessions, professional development hui’ and collaborations across various disciplines.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide positive, inspiring leadership and effective operational management across the Waikato region.
Foster collaborative, patient-centred care through strong internal and external partnerships.
Support rehabilitation initiatives that help people lead independent, fulfilling lives.
Ensure equitable access to services, particularly for Māori and Pacific patients.
Drive service improvement by staying current with national health priorities and clinical best practice.
Contribute to organisation-wide planning and performance through effective reporting, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and better outcomes in regional service delivery.
